NCI Witness Testimony: Joe Behar - Mar 17, 2023 - Truro, Nova Scotia

A manager in his department for the federal government and working from home, Joe Behar was willing to do all the testing and mask wearing required if he should need to go in to the office. However, Joe said that was not the point of the policy. “The point was to try and coerce you into taking the vaccine,” he said.

NCI Witness Testimony: Bliss Behar - Mar 17, 2023 - Truro, Nova Scotia

Bliss is a very active high school student who was in many organizations and groups when the pandemic hit. Bliss is transgender and due to the testosterone supplements he was concerned about the increased risk of myocarditis with the COVID vaccines. This, combined with other concerns, he chose not to get the COVID vaccine.

NCI Witness Testimony: Pastor Jason McVicar - Mar 17, 2023 - Truro, Nova Scotia

Pastor Jason had spent 11 years working to develop his congregation when the pandemic hit. The Government of New Brunswick, had approached the churches in an effort to get increase the vaccine uptake and wanted them to promote the vaccines among their congregation, and encourage vaccine mandates. The government had implemented a policy that said, if churches would require proof of vaccination, that they could operate full capacity – no restrictions, no masking, nothing.

NCI Witness Testimony: Sabrina McGrath - Mar 17, 2023 - Truro, Nova Scotia

Sabrina was a Manager at a Nova Scotia Liquor Commission store that had an exemplary employment history but was terminated due to COVID mandates. On the deadline of January 15, 2022 proof was required that vaccination was taken or staff would be placed on unpaid leave of absence, she did not get vaccinated so she was placed on the “leave”.

NCI Witness Testimony: Chief John Gregory Burke - Mar 17, 2023 - Truro, Nova Scotia

Chief Greg Burke, from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia has four years of nursing experience and had been diagnosed with cancer in 2019. His experience was that the required masks did not provide him sufficient protection, so he chose not to wear one. He experienced two significant altercations as a result, and details them both.

NCI Witness Testimony: Dr. Joseph Fraiman - Mar 17, 2023 - Truro, Nova Scotia

Dr. Fraiman shows the inconsistency of reporting and how many vaccinated people were not documented as such in the early stages of the vaccine rollout – this significantly effecting the statistical data collected. Evidence provided that up to 90% of the COVID cases in the LA hospitals by 2022 were not admitted due to COVID and were simply incidental.

NCI Witness Testimony: Amie Johnson - Mar 17, 2023 - Truro, Nova Scotia

A dental hygienist working in Chester, Nova Scotia for 22 years. The Dental Board did not mandate the COVID vaccines and so she chose not to get vaccinated. All other fellow employees were vaccinated and one of the triple vaccinated fell very ill with COVID. The office protocols forced that Amy get tested, and she tested positive, although was not symptomatic. She was to return after 14 days of being a “close contact” but her employer ended up firing (only) her instead as she was not vaccinated.

He was considered an “essential” worker as he trains personnel in the waste water treatment facilities around the world for over 30 years.
