NCI Witness Testimony: Joseph Bourgault - Apr 20, 2023 - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Joseph Bourgault is a longtime businessman with many years of experience in the management of his workforce. Previously injured by mercury poisoning that brought on chronic fatigue, Joseph had done his own research on natural health and healing when the conventional medical system was of no help with his condition. Armed with this knowledge, he immediately became alarmed when the COVID pandemic mandates were being forced on people with little to no public consultation or reason.

NCI Witness Testimony: Mark Friesen - Apr 20, 2023 - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Mr. Friesen was an organizer of the Freedom Rally against government mandates and lockdowns. He and his wife contracted the COVID virus, and at the early stages they both started taking (he later realized was not enough for himself) Ivermectin and HCQ. He ended up being hospitalized. The first three days he was not given any medication other than antibiotics. They found multiple blood clots on his lungs. The Saskatchewan health care providers ended up having to transfer him to Ontario, despite being told that this was completely political and not medically prudent.

NCI Witness Testimony: Randy Schiller - Apr 20, 2023 - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Due to longtime, documented sinus issues, Mr. Schiller requested a mask exemption. He was refused by two doctors: one because he was told that masks benefit the public good , the second because the doctor felt he could lose his license. When the vaccination passports were implemented in late fall 2021, Mr. Schiller wanted to block his e-health records. He found out about Panorama Records, an entity controlled by Public Health that holds your vaccination status and other records. He asked for details on his file and found some questionable entries regarding COVID.

Ann is a former pharmacist who questioned whether the vaccines were meeting the Alberta College of Pharmacist’s requirements for a patient’s informed consent. She was fired from her job for not wearing a mask which led to her filing a complaint with the Alberta Human Rights Commission.

NCI Witness Testimony: Angela Taylor - Apr 20, 2023 - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Angela Taylor, an LPN with 27 years experience, was working at a senior’s home at the start of the pandemic. She describes how the lockdowns affected the mental health of the residents in that they just “gave up wanting to live”. She speaks of the side effects experienced by residents following their covid vaccines. Angela was mandated to get the vaccine to keep her job and then experienced serious health concerns.

Steve Kirsch is an entrepreneur turned journalist and has been drawing attention to the inconsistency and transparency issues with the Covid-19 pandemic data and messaging being presented to the public by government, health authorities, media and vaccine manufacturers. This particularly pertains to vaccine safety and effectiveness. He has challenged many of these institutions regarding these inconsistencies with the hopes of generating a discussion or debate, but without reply.

Dr. Christian was alarmed when the government rolled out COVID vaccination at “warp speed”. He chose to speak out, since such a rapid roll-out of an untested injection could not come with informed consent. Dr. Christian was fired after holding a press conference to speak out, which was well attended by local press. Dr. Christian presents a detailed, statistical analysis of how the data was manipulated and mis-represented regarding the vaccinated and unvaccinated in relation to hospitalizations and ICU beds.

NCI Witness Testimony: Todd McDougall - Apr 15, 2023 - Winnipeg, Manitoba

Mr. McDougall worked for 13 years at a childcare centre, helping with the children and doing handyman and grounds-keeping work. When the children returned in the fall, eventually rules like distancing and masking were implemented. He became frustrated because he could see that masking was hurting kids.

NCI Witness Testimony: Michelle Malkoske - Apr 15, 2023 - Winnipeg, Manitoba

Ms. Malkoske is a licensed practical nurse with eight years of experience in community nursing. In 2020 she worked part-time as homecare nurse while home schooling her two youngest children. Her employer required all nurses to disclose their COVID-19 vaccination status. When she declined and declined regular testing (every 2 or 3 days), her shifts were cancelled for six months, leading to a substantial loss of income.
