NCI Witness Testimony: Heather Burgess - Apr 22, 2023 - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Heather Burgess tells the heartwrenching story of her elderly mother and father during the pandemic. Heather’s father died just prior to the pandemic and her mother, who suffered from Alzheimer’s dementia, was left without him for the first time in 67 years. The subsequent moves in housing and the lockdowns further confused Heather’s mom who thought she had been kidnapped. It would be 5 months before a family member would be allowed visit her and give her a hug.

NCI Witness Testimony: Louise Wilson - Apr 22, 2023 - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

The owner of two Dollar stores in southeast Saskatchewan, Louise Wilson explains how non-compliance in following mask mandates in her stores resulted in receipt of a $2,800 fine. Louise said, “personally, I knew right away the masks were useless. I’m very informed. I’ve done a lot of research over many years on health issues—and I knew this was ridiculous”. She challenged the fine in court and won.

NCI Witness Testimony: Dr. Chong Wong - Apr 22, 2023 - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

A family and integrative medicine physician Dr. Chong Wong, recounts some of his experiences dealing with patients who suffered from vaccine adverse events and mental illness due to stress and anxiety from vaccine mandates and lockdowns. Describing he interactions with family providers Dr. Wong said, “it’s so heart-wrenching to see full grown men in tears and so much stress because, as you know, men are the providers. And so proud of their work as providers. And here are these men that are just, like, broken. He also describes how these patient interactions affected his own health and wellbeing.

NCI Witness Testimony: Mandy Geml - Apr 22, 2023 - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Mandy Geml and her family suffered unspeakable hatred and segregation for not being vaccinated, which caused incredible anxiety and fear. Mandy’s daughter was in grade 8 and she was called a murderer by her teacher who claimed to not be pointing out her vaccination status but was preventing her from participating in everything the class was doing. As Mandy said, “she’s being removed from everything that she’s in, so how is that not?”

NCI Witness Testimony: Carrie Sakamoto - Apr 22, 2023 - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Carrie Sakamoto describes the neurological effects of taking two doses of mNRA vaccines, which included migraine, vomiting, eye paralysis, tongue paralysis, and Bell’s Palsy. She and her family had to move into the city because her continued paralysis prevents her from driving. Carrie says people badly injured from the vaccines are being forced to be quiet. She said, “part of the reason I wanted to do this was to give them a voice through me.”

NCI Witness Testimony: Samantha Lamb - Apr 22, 2023 - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Samantha Lamb describes the delays on longtime required surgery, truncated physiotherapy and resulting inability to work full-time and reduced pay due to the incomplete treatment that she received as direct consequences of the COVID shutdowns. When she was told her surgery was elective and not required, Samantha said, “I wasn’t capable of functioning. I wasn’t capable of taking care of my family. I wasn’t being able to be a mom of four kids. It’s really hard when mom breaks down.”

Zoey Jebb had just started a new business in Manitoba and had taken out a large loan to purchase equipment when the pandemic started. They had just had a soft opening for the business before Christmas but Manitoba's restrictions prevented the business from ever getting underway completely. Zoey was left with all the debt and had to put her home up for sale.

NCI Witness Testimony: James Blyth - Apr 22, 2023 - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

James suffers a vaccine injury from a shot he did not want, after he was denied an exemption. He is on a disability as he has both Type 1 diabetes and Lyme disease. One of his adverse reactions to the vaccine was insomnia. He was admitted to the psych ward and put on a high dose of an antipsychotic drug which caused further problems. James if frustrated that there seems to be no accountability with the medical people.
