NCI Witness Testimony: Ksenia Usenko - Mar 31, 2023 - Toronto, Ontario

Ksenia was a nurse for 15 years with the same company working in a rehabilitation unit. When the patients got their vaccines, she started seeing some trends and concerns among the patient population. In the majority of patients she noticed thrombocytopenia, which is a low platelet count (white blood cell responsible for coagulation). A few had rare blood clots that she had never seen before. Patient fully vaccinated that she witnessed that still ended up in ICU with COVID, then had a multitude of other problems.

NCI Witness Testimony: Greg Hill - Mar 31, 2023 - Toronto, Ontario

Mr. Hill gave a presentation on the impact of COVID on the aviation industry. He described the health standards and the incredible safety focus of airlines pre-COVID from a historical perspective, which culminated in the industry’s Safety Management System (SMS). He gave a high-level overview of that system and the attendant safety philosophy and regulations. Everything from over the counter cold medication to statements on Transport Canada’s website that read, for decades, “medical trials are not compatible with aviation certification”.

NCI Witness Testimony: Kimberly Snow - Mar 31, 2023 - Toronto, Ontario

Ms. Snow worked in a director- level position for TJX Canada overseeing the Workplace Services Department for their head office in Canada. Ms. Snow worked from home during the pandemic until late 2021. The corporate headquarters (in Boston) started considering vaccine mandates, and started surveying employees. A mandate was put in place in December 2021 stating that by February 28, 2022 all staff must be vaccinated, or they would be terminated. Ms. Snow was fired.

NCI Witness Testimony: Meredith Klitzke - Mar 31, 2023 - Toronto, Ontario

Ms. Klitzke had received a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis and so ultimately decided to accept the vaccine due to overwhelming persuasion from friends, doctors and media, and even from the MS Society. Although she had some problems with the first shot she had the second shot in August 2021 and within two weeks everything changed for the worse.

NCI Witness Testimony: Reverend Randy Banks - Mar 31, 2023 - Toronto, Ontario

Rev. Banks is a pastor in a small Midwestern Ontario rural church. A pastoral caregiver which includes hospital visitation, long-term care visitation, and home visits for people who are housebound. He explains how difficult it was to do his job during the pandemic and the poor service he felt he was giving, especially when he was ministering dying people.

NCI Witness Testimony: Dr. Wesley Mack - Mar 31, 2023 - Toronto, Ontario

Dr. Mack has been involved with three large churches and one a mega-church and is fairly involved nationally in the “church scene”. Prior to the pandemic they were usually filled to capacity. A church is a fellowship of believers that come together for a common cause – desire to learn, spiritual nourishment, community outreach. This plays a significant role in the communities they are developed in. Over two years Ontario had some of the harshest, longest lockdowns in the world, closing churches and forbidding Easter and Christmas worship.

NCI Witness Testimony: Dr. Heather Church - Mar 31, 2023 - Toronto, Ontario

Dr. Church had an existing mild traumatic brain injury and a family history of neurodegenerative disorder, so she approached her family doctor for a medical exemption to the vaccine mandates. Her GP told her that he was banned by the College of Physicians to provide an exemption to anyone unless they had anaphylaxis, myocarditis or pericarditis.
