NCI Witness Testimony: Sharon Vickner - Apr 13, 2023 - Winnipeg, Manitoba

Ms. Vickner is an ISA certified arborist. She described the impact of COVID mandates on her employment and her general well-being. Prior to COVID, she described having had an excellent work year. She lost her job in November 2020, and her employer told her it was financial, however, she feels it was because of her active stance against COVID mandates.

As a restaurant owner, Mr. Shea Ritchie tells his experiences with Manitoba Health officials in trying to comply with the rules and regulations during COVID for his restaurant. There were many police, health inspectors and liquor inspectors who all attended his business, all with contradictory and non-sensical rules.

NCI Witness Testimony: Dr. Jayanta Bhattacharya - Apr 13, 2023 - Winnipeg, Manitoba

Dr. Bhattacharya gives extensive testimony of his involvement with public health policy from the beginning of the pandemic. As one of the three authors of the Great Barrington Declaration, he outlines the ideas of the declaration and says, if they had been followed, the most vulnerable, elderly people would have been protected and the least at risk, healthy young people, would have been free to live their lives as they were never at risk of dying.

NCI Witness Testimony: Dr. Jessica Rose - Apr 13, 2023 - Winnipeg, Manitoba

Dr. Rose’s research involves descriptive analysis of data using the US Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). The COVID-19 injectable products were rushed to market via Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) and corners were cut in pre-clinical and clinical trials (only healthy people within a certain age requirement were able to participate in the phase 3 trials, placebo participants were unblinded and injected with the produce, thus losing a comparative group). The COVID-19 injectable products, especially the modified mRNA products, have not been proven safe or effective. There simply wasn’t enough time to make any claims of long-term safety.
