NCI Witness Testimony: Shelley Overwater - Apr 14, 2023 - Winnipeg, Manitoba

Shelley Overwater has a varied testimony as her family was impacted in many ways during the pandemic. A practising and vaccinated lawyer, Shelley’s very healthy father died suddenly, her daughter was vaccine injured and Shelley experienced chest pains that led to a bad hospital experience. Seeing the unjust mandates and fines imposed on people Shelley is representing many that have been given violations. In summation Shelley said, “I’ve never been so ashamed of this country as when I saw them in Ottawa bludgeoning working people, like normal, everyday taxpayers. I’ll never forget it”.

NCI Witness Testimony: Carley Walterson-Dupuis - Apr 14, 2023 - Winnipeg, Manitoba

Carley Walterson-Dupuis is a young vaccine injured mother. She only took the Moderna shot so she could attend her kids sporting events. Carley suffered many different symptoms from stomach problems to vertigo and still has ongoing daily dizziness. A cardiologist diagnosed Carley with autonomic nervous system disorder. He wrote in her chart that it was from the vaccine.

NCI Witness Testimony: Dr. Gerald Bohemier - Apr 14, 2023 - Winnipeg, Manitoba

Dr. Gerald Bohemier was 72 and a retired chiropractor when the pandemic started. He has been involved in natural health issues for many years. Dr. Bohemier saw the fear in people about the virus and wanted to attend rallies to have people hear his voice allaying their fears.  He was ticketed many times, accumulating $12,000 in tickets. Dr. Bohemier and his wife were harassed at their home by thugs banging on their door while police watched from their cruiser.

NCI Witness Testimony: Don Woodstock - Apr 14, 2023 - Winnipeg, Manitoba

The owner of a security company in Manitoba, Don Woodstock’s business almost tripled in size during the pandemic but he says the level of fear felt by people he encountered was enormous. Don felt he had to get shots to enter people’s homes. Don believes that we must adapt to the lies government tells us. He says, “I think we need to find a way to look beyond and don’t get to the point where we hate our neighbour whether they are vaccinated or not”.

NCI Witness Testimony: Charles Hooper - Apr 14, 2023 - Winnipeg, Manitoba

Charles Hooper worked for Merck when Ivermectin was first released. He explains that in a pandemic, repurposed drugs are important due to the long timeline for development of new drugs. Charles decided to study Ivermectin at the beginning of the pandemic. He reanalyzed 95 clinical studies involving 27 countries and 134,554 patients confirming decreased death (51%), mechanical ventilation, ICU admission and improved recovery.

NCI Witness Testimony: Michelle Kucher - Apr 14, 2023 - Winnipeg, Manitoba

Michelle Kucher believes that, despite her mother following all mandates and protocols including receiving vaccines, it was the isolation from friends and family that ultimately lead to her decline and death. Previously very socially active, her mom could not longer participate in her clubs or keep up her connections. Michelle reveals that although she is vaccinated and has had two additional boosters, she contracted COVID.

NCI Witness Testimony: Sean Howe - Apr 14, 2023 - Winnipeg, Manitoba

Sean Howe was a conductor and locomotive engineer who was placed on indefinite leave of absence from his employment in November of 2021 upon refusing a federally mandated COVID vaccine. In an eight month period, Sean says he lost $80,000 in income and incurred $40,000 in new debt. He has since returned to work at the railroad.

NCI Witness Testimony: Sara Martens - Apr 14, 2023 - Winnipeg, Manitoba

Sara Martens tells the events surrounding her husband Cork’s vehicle accident and hospital experience following the accident. There were many contradictions between what she was being told by the medical staff and what she was observing while talking with her husband. After telling Sara that a cardiologist would be seeing Cork and that not happening, one day the nurse said to Sara, “we are not doing anything because he has COVID”. Sara’s attempts to speak with a doctor were denied and she was not allowed to visit the hospital.
