NCI Witness Testimony: Mike Vogiatzakis - Apr 15, 2023 - Winnipeg, Manitoba

Mr. Vogiatzakis is the general manager of Voyage funeral home. He recalls the real fear of COVID and how he was initially worried about the effects of the virus and even being close to his own family members. Mr. Vogiatzakis was a witness to people being left to die alone. Older people were confused why their kids did not come to see them. Elders locked in their rooms as homemade prisons. A lady was escorted away by hospital security as she could hear her mother calling her clearly. Her mother died as she was being escorted out.

Jessica Kraft, a Canadian Blood Services worker,  was terminated by her employer for refusing to provide her vaccination status and for refusing to comply with rapid testing. She received no severance, was not eligible to collect EI and will not be reinstated.

He is a grocery store worker who was refused a mask exemption in spite of his years long suffering with migraines. Brandon and his wife missed seeing their first grandson for the first six months of his life, his church became divided and he experienced public shaming for his “Unvaxxed” choice.

NCI Witness Testimony: Steven Kiedyk - Apr 15, 2023 - Winnipeg, Manitoba

Steven Kiedyk, aged thirty-seven, works as a land surveyor, a profession that requires a degree of physical activity. Mr. Kiedyk was an active gym attendee and completed a marathon in 2019. Mr. Kiedyk was adamant that he did not want to take the COVID vaccine, however increasing pressure from society restrictions and harassment resulted in him getting the Pfizer vaccine in July 2021. In October 2021, during a game of basketball, Mr. Kiedyk collapsed and lost consciousness.
